Skin overview

MP7 | Sunbaked relies on a muted earthy palette, so wear blends into it more than on bright finishes. In Well-Worn the light parts pick up grey scuffs and the contour lines thin out on the most exposed areas, giving the gun a used field look.

Item type: smg. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Well-Worn

The receiver and upper body are painted dark chocolate brown with thin lighter contour lines that resemble grooves on a topographic map. The front vertical grip, the pistol grip and the folding stock are a pale bone-beige, with the pistol grip carrying brown line work and the foregrip showing engraved strokes.

The receiver edges show patches of bare metal, and the contour lines thin out on exposed areas. The foregrip, stock and magazine have noticeable grey wear spreading from the edges. In game the gun looks clearly used, though the two-tone scheme is still recognisable. The flatter middle of the receiver keeps most of its brown paint.

Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45

The whole float range of Souvenir MP7 | Sunbaked is 0–1; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (7% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in sand, cream, gold or warm brown tones fit the earthy palette of the finish. Placing them on the dark receiver gives the most contrast, while muted stickers keep the map-like look calm.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the light foregrip and stock show scuffs earlier than the dark receiver.
  • Look at the receiver edges and the magazine bottom, as these lose paint first.
  • If you are buying a Souvenir copy, check which stickers it carries and their condition.
  • Note any applied stickers or name tag, as they affect how the dark receiver looks.

Who the Well-Worn quality suits

  • Budget buyers who still want the recognisable two-tone scheme.
  • Players who prefer a used, field look on their SMG.
  • A low-cost entry into this finish.
