Skin overview

This MP9 finish is built on contrast: a dark frame broken up by tightly packed light dots that suggest a perforated, weight-saving shell. Minimal Wear keeps that contrast almost intact, with only faint marks on the sharpest edges. For most buyers it gives the same look as the cleanest grade at a lower entry point.

Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The upper receiver and lower frame are dark grey to black and covered with dense rows of small light cells that imitate a drilled, porous shell, some showing a faint bluish tint inside. The pistol grip carries a lighter grey raised dotted texture, while the vertical foregrip stays dark with plain ribbing.

Faint scratches may appear on the top edge of the receiver and around the muzzle. The light cells are still crisp, and the grip texture and magazine remain clean. In game the difference from Factory New is hard to spot. Low floats in this grade look practically untouched.

The black-and-white scheme pairs well with monochrome, silver or holo stickers that keep the restrained look. A single bright accent in blue fits the faint tint inside the cells. Placing stickers on the dark receiver sides keeps the grip texture visible.

• Look at the muzzle and the top edge of the receiver first, as these lose the pattern earliest.
