Battle-Scarred is the most weathered take on the cherry blossom Nova, with worn red paint and scratched-through areas on the rear half. The red-and-black colour scheme still survives, so the skin remains recognisable in hand. It suits players who like a used, rough look on a bright design.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The barrel, magazine tube and ribbed pump forend are finished in dark gunmetal grey and form a plain front half. The receiver and stock are painted bright red with black branches and small pale pink blossoms running along them, airbrushed by hand under a high-gloss topcoat.

Heavy scratches cut through the red on the receiver, the stock edges and the butt, and parts of the flower pattern are broken up. The overall red-and-black scheme is still present across the rear half. In game the design reads as rough and weathered. The dark front parts show the least change.
