Skin overview

Nova | Gila is a Restricted shotgun skin that wraps the Nova in a lizard skin decal of mottled brown and black scales over dark gunmetal metal. In Factory New the scale pattern stays crisp across the receiver and stock, and the teal-tinted anodized parts keep an even, unbroken sheen. This is the version to choose if you want the reptile texture exactly as it was designed.

Item type: shotgun. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The barrel is dark gunmetal with a faint brown speckling, while the pump is finished in a teal-grey anodized tone with bright silver ribs running along it. The receiver carries a dark mottled lizard pattern in black and brown with lighter flecks, separated from the pump by a smooth metal section.

The anodized barrel and pump keep an even colour with no exposed metal anywhere. The silver ribs on the pump are clean and the scale pattern on the stock and receiver has sharp edges. In game the shotgun looks exactly like the preview, with clear contrast between the teal metal and the brown hide.

The whole float range of Souvenir Nova | Gila is 0–0.3; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (23% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
