Souvenir P2000 | Amber Fade (Minimal Wear)

Skin overview

This P2000 finish is defined by its warm fade, olive at the front and amber toward the slide serrations, laid over polished chrome. In Minimal Wear the gradient keeps its full colour, and any thinning of the tint stays on small edges that are hard to spot in hand.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Anodized Airbrushed: a coloured coating with an airbrushed design on top; the coating holds while the design fades with wear.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The slide carries the main gradient: olive green at the muzzle shifts through yellow-gold to amber and a reddish tint over the rear serrations. The frame and trigger guard pick up a lighter green-chrome tone, while the grip is a darker olive that deepens almost to black.

Light thinning of the tint can appear on the muzzle face and the sharpest slide edges. The gradient on the slide sides and the grip colour remain intact. At normal distance in game it looks practically identical to Factory New. Lower floats show almost no marks at all.

Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15

The whole float range of Souvenir P2000 | Amber Fade is 0–0.4; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (20% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Which stickers suit it

Gold, amber and olive stickers continue the gradient naturally, while holo and foil stickers echo the chrome base. Placing them on the slide next to the amber zone keeps the colour flow intact.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the grade, since the chrome showing through grows steadily toward the higher end.
• Look at the muzzle, sights and slide edges first, as the tint leaves these parts before anything else.
• Make sure the amber part of the gradient over the rear serrations is still saturated on worn copies.
• Check applied stickers and any name tag, as they change how the warm fade reads.
