Show allAllSkin overview
Battle-Scarred turns the plaid finish into a patchy mix of check, bare metal and scuffed leather. The pattern breaks up, but the warm colour and the dark slide still mark it as Coach Class. It is the cheapest way to own the skin and suits players who like a rough look.
Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.
How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred
The slide is left dark gunmetal with a lighter metal front, while the frame, trigger guard and grip are covered in a mustard and tan plaid with orange, cream and dark brown lines. The grip carries two oval brown leather patches, like elbow patches on a jacket, with thin dark stripes beside them.
Large bare metal areas break up the plaid on the frame, trigger guard and grip edges. The leather patches are partly worn through and lose their shape. The slide is heavily scratched along the edges. In game the skin reads as a warm, patchy texture rather than a clear check.
Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–1
The whole float range of Souvenir P2000 | Coach Class is 0–1; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–1 segment (55% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Baggage Collection with 15 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
What it costs in each quality
Among 6 skins of the P2000 in the Industrial Grade grade and this quality, this skin is the dearest.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Warm browns, gold, cream and muted orange stickers blend with the plaid and leather. Dark or black stickers fit well on the slide, where they echo its colour and leave the check uncovered.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the front of the frame and trigger guard show wear first.
- Look at the leather patches on the grip, as faded outlines are the clearest sign of a worse copy.
- Inspect existing stickers and the name tag, because they change how the plaid frame looks.
- For a Souvenir copy, view the applied stickers in inspect mode before buying.
Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits
- Players who enjoy a heavily used, rough appearance.
- The lowest-cost way to fill the pistol slot with this skin.
- A choice for character rather than a clean pattern.
