Skin overview

The skin combines a coral rear slide and grip with a teal-green front section, all covered in fine halftone dots over a lilac frame. At Minimal Wear the colours stay saturated and the dot pattern intact, with only faint marks on the sharpest edges. It gives almost the full look of the cleanest grade at a more relaxed level of condition.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The front of the slide around the muzzle is painted in a muted teal-green with faint halftone texture, while the rear of the slide turns coral red covered in a darker dot screen and fields of diagonal lines. The frame, trigger guard and trigger are a dusty lilac-grey that ties the warm and cool areas together.

Small scuffs may appear on the muzzle tip and the sharpest edges of the slide. The halftone pattern on the slide and grip stays intact and the colours keep their saturation. At normal viewing distance in game it is hard to tell apart from Factory New. Frame, trigger guard and magazine base remain clean.

Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15

The whole float range of Souvenir P2000 | Coral Halftone is 0–0.52; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (15% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir P2000 | Coral Halftone belongs to The Graphic Design Collection, which holds 16 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Muted stickers in coral, teal, lilac or cream match the retro print palette of the skin. Placing them on the rear coral section of the slide keeps the teal front clear and balances the warm and cool areas. Bright neon or heavy holographic stickers tend to clash with the soft halftone look.

What to check before buying

• Check the float position within the wear grade, since a low value keeps the muzzle and slide edges noticeably cleaner.
• Inspect the muzzle, slide edges and front of the grip, as these lose paint first on this finish.
• Souvenir copies come with pre-applied stickers, so look at whether they suit the coral and teal palette.
• Look for a name tag or stickers added to regular copies and decide if you want them.
