Show allAllSkin overview
This P2000 has a plain silver anodized finish over chrome, with no pattern and no accents. The appeal is restraint: a bright, uniform metal pistol that suits almost any inventory. In Minimal Wear the silver tone and shine remain, and any marks are small and limited to edges, so it is a cheaper way to get practically the same look.
Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Anodized: the colour is in the metal coating itself, so wear shows mostly as dulling rather than a rubbed-off pattern.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The slide, frame, trigger guard, trigger and grip are all covered in the same silver anodized tone over a chrome base, so the pistol has no colour breaks between parts. The slide shows soft reflections along its flat sides, with the rear serrations and sights standing out only through light and shadow.
In Minimal Wear faint light scuffs may appear on the slide edges, near the muzzle and on the sharpest corners of the frame. The flat sides of the slide, the grip and the magazine base plate stay clean. In game at normal distance the difference from Factory New is hard to notice, since the uniform silver hides small marks. Close up in inspect the shine on the edges looks a little less even.
Minimal Wear quality — float range 0.07–0.08
The whole float range of Souvenir P2000 | Silver is 0–0.08; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.08 segment (12% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Office Collection with 6 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
The neutral silver works as a blank base, so stickers in black, white, chrome or holo finishes fit naturally. A single bright accent in red or blue on the slide stands out well against the metal. Gold or chrome-style stickers keep the whole craft in one metallic theme.
What to check before buying
- Compare the float within its grade, since a low-float Minimal Wear copy looks almost identical to Factory New.
- Inspect the slide edges and muzzle, which are the first places where the coat loses its even shine.
- Check whether the copy is a Souvenir version, as it is a separate listing from the regular one.
- Look at any applied stickers and name tag, because on a plain silver finish they draw the eye immediately.
Who the Minimal Wear quality suits
- Players who want a clean metal look for the counter-terrorist pistol and do not inspect it up close.
- Budget buyers looking for an entry into the skin at a lower cost than Factory New.
- Conclusion: practically the same look in game, with a small compromise only visible in inspect.
