Skin overview

Battle-Scarred turns Urban Hazard into a worn-out tool: the red slide is broken up by large areas of exposed metal and the grip markings are partly gone. The red-on-gray colour split remains visible from a distance. It suits players who like a rough, salvaged look on their pistol.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Battle-Scarred

The slide is painted red with darker red streaks and a subtle weathered texture, and the rear serrations sit in the same red. A small handwritten tag is placed on the side of the slide near the rear.

Large areas of the slide top, muzzle and serrations are stripped down to metal, and wear reaches the slide sides. The grip camo is patchy, the stencil text is partly erased and the hazard stripe may be scuffed. In game the pistol looks heavily used, though the red-over-gray split is still visible. The centre of the grip panels holds the most remaining paint.

Battle-Scarred quality — float range 0.45–1

The whole float range of Souvenir P2000 | Urban Hazard is 0–1; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–1 segment (55% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir P2000 | Urban Hazard belongs to The Clutch Collection, which holds 17 skins.

It drops from Clutch Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Red, black and white stickers match the slide and the stencil theme, while yellow-and-black designs echo the hazard stripe on the grip. Placing stickers on the red slide keeps them in clear view in first person.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear grade, as the top and muzzle of the red slide show wear first.
  • Look at the rear serrations and slide edges in the inspect view to judge how much red is left.
  • Do not mistake the built-in grimy texture of the artwork for wear damage.
  • Check applied stickers and the name tag, since they change how the slide and grip read.

Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits

  • Players who want the lowest entry point to this skin.
  • Fans of a salvaged, stripped-metal look on their sidearm.
  • The roughest version, chosen for character rather than cleanliness.
