Show allAllSkin overview
Well-Worn is the most worn grade this P250 can have, so it is where the finish looks most eroded. The salmon and blue patches break up into scattered spots over grey metal, and the skull motif becomes hard to pick out.
Item type: pistol. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.
Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear and Field-Tested.
Appearance in Well-Worn
The slide, frame and grip are all covered in a mottled spray of dusty salmon and slate blue-grey, laid in irregular patches. On the grip and the rear of the slide the paint forms faint animal skull silhouettes, blended into the camouflage rather than outlined.
Large areas of bare metal cover the front half of the slide, the muzzle and the grip edges. The remaining paint sits mostly on the slide sides and the centre of the grip, and the skull silhouettes blur into the wear. In game the pistol reads as mostly grey with patches of salmon and blue.
Well-Worn quality — float range 0.38–0.44
The whole float range of Souvenir P250 | Drought is 0–0.44; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.44 segment (14% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Muted sand, bone white, brown and dusty blue stickers blend with the desert palette. Placements on the slide work best, where the camouflage is calmest; bright neon or glossy holo stickers tend to clash with the faded tones.
What to look at before you buy
- Compare the float within the chosen wear, since a low float keeps the muzzle and slide edges noticeably cleaner.
- Check the inspect view of the grip, where the skull silhouettes are most visible and where wear on the edges is easy to judge.
- For worn grades, look at how much paint remains on the slide sides, as that decides whether the pattern still reads.
- Look at any applied stickers and name tag, as they change the price and the overall look.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Players who want the most eroded look this skin can have.
- The cheapest way to put this finish in a loadout.
- A choice for those who value a heavily faded, rugged pistol.
