Show allAllSkin overview
This hydrographic camo turns the P250 into a cold blue-grey pistol with dark patches across the whole body. In Well-Worn the paint is thinned on most raised parts, so the gun looks used and the darker metal becomes part of the colour scheme. The camouflage pattern is still recognisable on the flat sides.
Item type: pistol. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.
Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.
How the skin looks in Well-Worn
The slide is covered in slate blue camouflage with darker grey and near-black blotches, and its rear top section stays dark. The frame and grip carry the same blue camo, while the textured grip panels show the pattern broken up by the moulded relief.
Slide edges, muzzle and the front of the frame are largely worn down to dark metal. The grip texture is clearly rubbed and the scuffs spread onto the slide sides. In game the pistol looks noticeably darker and more patchy. The camo remains readable on the middle of the frame and the grip sides.
Well-Worn quality — float range 0.38–0.45
The float of Souvenir P250 | Forest Night ranges from 0.06 to 0.8; the Well-Worn quality covers 0.38–0.45 — 9% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
The skin’s collection is The Control Collection with 19 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
Price by quality
Taking Well-Worn as the baseline:
- Factory New — 12× dearer
- Minimal Wear — 2.6× dearer
- Field-Tested — 2.6× dearer
- Battle-Scarred — about the same

Among 6 skins of the P250 in the Consumer Grade grade and this quality, this skin is the dearest.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Stickers in white, silver, ice blue or navy match the cold camo palette. Dark or matte stickers on the slide blend into the pattern, while a single bright accent such as orange stands out against the blue.
What to look at before you buy
- Look at the float within the wear grade, since the slide edges and muzzle show the difference first.
- Check the slide sides on the inspect screen, because the hydrographic camo places dark blotches differently on each copy.
- Check whether the listing is a Souvenir copy, which comes with stickers already applied.
- Note any applied stickers or name tag, as they change the look but rarely the value of this skin.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Players who prefer a darker, used look on their pistol.
- Buyers filling a low-cost loadout.
- Conclusion: a worn but still recognisable camo for minimal spending.
