Skin overview

This P250 carries a hexagon-patterned hydrographic in rust and copper tones, with the honeycomb lines spread evenly across the whole pistol. In Field-Tested the edges of the slide and the muzzle end show grey metal through the paint, which suits the weathered, rusty character of the colour scheme. The pattern on the frame and grip stays readable.

Item type: pistol. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New and Minimal Wear. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The slide is coated in a rust-orange base with a pale tan honeycomb grid, broken by darker red-brown mottling that gives it an aged look. The same hexagon pattern continues over the frame, the trigger guard and the grip, where the cells appear larger and more evenly spaced.

Grey metal shows through at the muzzle end of the slide, along its top and lower edges, and partly at the base of the grip. The honeycomb lines on these areas become patchy, while the middle of the frame and the grip panel keep the pattern clear. In game the wear blends with the rusty colour scheme and reads as part of the look. Copies close to Minimal Wear show noticeably less exposed metal.

Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.3

The whole float range of Souvenir P250 | Hive is 0–0.3; Field-Tested takes the 0.15–0.3 segment (50% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

It drops from CS:GO Weapon Case 2 (on sale since Sep 20, 2013).

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Gold, copper and amber stickers match the warm base and the pale honeycomb lines. Black or dark brown designs work as contrast on the slide without breaking the colour scheme. Bee or honeycomb themed stickers fit the name of the finish.
