Well-Worn P250 | Kintsugi has a darker, used look: the ivory turns dull and the paint thins along the slide and grip. The bird and gold accents are still recognisable, which fits the skin's idea of a mended, well-used object. It is an affordable way to carry the design.
Item type: pistol. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
Appearance in Well-Worn
The slide carries an ivory base with grey branch-like strokes, a large orange bird spreading toward the rear and thick gold lines running across it like repaired cracks. The barrel and muzzle are gold, matching the trigger, trigger guard area and the trim around the frame.
Wear spreads from the edges onto the flat sides of the slide, and parts of the grey strokes and gold seams start to break up. The ivory looks dull and stained, and the grip waves show clear patches of lost paint. In game the pistol reads as a warm orange and beige shape rather than a detailed picture. The middle of the bird remains the most complete area.
Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45
The whole float range of Souvenir P250 | Kintsugi is 0–1; Well-Worn takes the 0.38–0.45 segment (7% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
Souvenir P250 | Kintsugi belongs to The Dead Hand Collection, which holds 17 skins.
The source is Sealed Dead Hand Terminal.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Gold, holo-gold and warm orange or red stickers continue the skin's palette, while white or pale blue ones echo the ivory base and grip waves. Placements on the ivory part of the slide keep the bird and gold seams visible.
What to look at before you buy
- Check the float position within the wear range, since the light ivory base shows dirt earlier than darker skins.
- Look at the front of the slide and its top edges, which wear first.
- Inspect the grip edges, where the wave art loses paint on worn copies.
- Review any applied stickers and name tag, since bright stickers can clash with the gold and orange scheme.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Players who like a used, weathered look that fits the mended-object theme.
- Budget buyers who still want the bird to be recognisable.
- A characterful option for those who do not mind wear.
