Skin overview

Battle-Scarred is the cheapest way to get the red P250 with circular motifs. The paint is heavily chipped on the slide and edges, yet the float range stops early, so the skin keeps more of its red than many heavily worn finishes. From a distance it still reads as a red pistol with a pattern.

Item type: pistol. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The whole pistol is painted in bright red, with darker red lace-like circular patterns layered over it. The slide carries the densest ornament, with a large round sun-shaped motif on its top surface and bands of fine geometric lines toward the muzzle and rear serrations.

The slide is heavily chipped, especially at the muzzle and along the edges, and much of the fine pattern there is gone. The sun motif is only partly visible, and the trigger guard and grip base show clear damage. Because the float range ends early, the red base still covers large areas of the frame and grip. In game the gun stays clearly red, but the ornament no longer reads as a clean design.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Red, black and gold stickers blend well with the monochrome red finish. Placing them on the slide works best when they do not cover the sun motif on top.

What to look at before you buy

• Check the float position within the grade, as lower values keep the slide edges and muzzle cleaner.
• Look at the sun motif on top of the slide, since it is the first focal detail to lose its lines.
• Inspect the trigger guard and grip base on worn copies for chipped paint.
• Review any applied stickers or name tag, because they change how the red slide reads.
