Skin overview

P90 | Emerald Dragon in Battle-Scarred keeps its colour scheme of green, gold and grey, but the dragons look broken up by heavy scraping. Because the skin's float range ends not far into this grade, even the most worn copies stay recognisable rather than stripped. It is the cheapest way to get the dragon theme into your inventory.

Item type: smg. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Battle-Scarred

The base of the P90 is a dark gunmetal grey with lighter brushed streaks running along the body. Green dragons with yellow-gold belly scales coil around the front grip loop, the lower body and the stock, and one dragon head with gold features and blue whiskers faces forward near the trigger area.

Heavy scraping runs over the grip loop, stock and lower body, and the dragons become fragmented silhouettes. The head near the trigger is scratched through but usually still recognisable. Since this skin only reaches a little way into the grade, the damage is strong but not total. Up close it reads as a rough, battle-worn version of the design.

Battle-Scarred quality — float range 0.45–0.52

The whole float range of Souvenir P90 | Emerald Dragon is 0.06–0.52; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–0.52 segment (15% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The Bravo Collection with 15 skins in total.

It drops from Operation Bravo Case (on sale since Sep 20, 2013).

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Gold, green and holo stickers echo the dragon scales and suit this skin best. Placing them on the plain dark upper receiver keeps the dragon coils on the body and stock uncovered.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check the float position within the grade, since low and high values of the same wear look noticeably different on the grip loop.
  • Look at the edge of the front grip loop and the bottom of the stock, as these wear first.
  • Inspect the dragon head near the trigger, which is the focal point of the artwork.
  • Note any stickers or name tag, as they affect how the dragon artwork is framed.

Who should buy Battle-Scarred

  • Players looking for the lowest entry into the Emerald Dragon theme.
  • Fans of a rough, heavily scratched style.
  • The budget pick for those who play more than they inspect.
