Skin overview

Mustard Gas is a hydrographic finish built on teal and yellow, with a smoke motif that drifts across the stock and grip area. In Field-Tested the colours still read clearly, while the rims and protruding edges start to show scuffs that give the gun a used look.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The upper receiver and top rail are painted in a muted olive green, while the sights, muzzle and charging hardware stay dark metal. The lower shell, thumbhole grip and stock carry a bright turquoise coat crossed by diagonal bands of yellow and gold smoke with small orange flecks along their edges.

Scuffs show along the shell edges, the thumbhole rims and the back of the stock, and the edges of the top rail begin to lose paint. The yellow streaks look slightly duller where they cross worn areas. In game the gun still reads as teal and yellow, with wear noticeable mainly on inspect. The flat surfaces of the lower shell stay largely clean.
