Show allAllSkin overview
This Restricted finish is recognisable by the warm wood-toned drum and the thin gold inlay running along the dark receiver. At Minimal Wear the look is practically the same as a fresh copy, with at most faint marks on the magazine edges that are hard to spot in game. It is the grade for buyers who want the full engraved look without paying for the cleanest condition.
Item type: smg. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Minimal Wear
The receiver and handguard are painted as dark, weathered gunmetal with gold engraved scrollwork, gold outlines around the vent cutouts and an ornamental medallion near the front. The helical drum magazine imitates reddish-orange wood grain, finished with a decorative gold band and a gold cap on its front face.
Light marks may appear on the outer edge of the drum magazine and the tip of the muzzle. The gold inlay on the receiver and handguard remains complete. At normal distance the copy is indistinguishable from Factory New. The grip, stock and medallion stay clean.
Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15
The whole float range of Souvenir PP-Bizon | Antique is 0–0.5; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (16% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Huntsman Collection with 20 skins in total.
It drops from Huntsman Weapon Case (on sale since Jun 11, 2014).
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Gold, brown and warm orange stickers echo the inlay and wood grain, while holo or gold stickers suit the ornamental theme. Placing them on the dark receiver gives the most contrast without covering the scrollwork.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within the chosen wear, since lower floats keep more of the thin gold inlay.
- Inspect the edges of the drum magazine, as they lose paint before the rest of the weapon.
- Look at the gold scrollwork on the receiver and handguard to judge how much decoration is left.
- Note any stickers or name tag, and confirm whether you are buying a StatTrak™ or Souvenir version.
Who the Minimal Wear quality suits
- Players who want a near-pristine look for less than Factory New.
- Crafters who are fine with faint marks hidden at the magazine edges.
- Conclusion: almost the same view in game, with a sensible saving.
