Skin overview

Battle-Scarred is the most worn grade of this finish, with the woodgrain blocks heavily scraped on exposed parts. Because the float range of this skin does not reach the maximum, the paint never wears off completely, and the grey and maroon pattern stays visible on the larger surfaces. The cheapest way to put the camo on the weapon.

Item type: smg. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The receiver and handguard are covered in irregular blocks of grey, darker grey and maroon, each filled with a fine woodgrain texture. The long drum magazine under the barrel carries the same pattern along its whole length, which makes it the most visible surface of the skin.

The magazine, muzzle area and receiver edges are heavily scraped, with wide patches of dark metal. The grip shows strong wear and the woodgrain is lost in many places. Since the float range stops short of the maximum, larger flat surfaces still keep grey and maroon blocks. In game the weapon reads as rough and well used.

Battle-Scarred quality — float range 0.45–0.6

The whole float range of Souvenir PP-Bizon | Wood Block Camo is 0–0.6; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–0.6 segment (25% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The Radiant Collection with 28 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

What it costs in each quality

Among 12 skins of the PP-Bizon in the Consumer Grade grade and this quality, this skin is the dearest.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Red, maroon, grey and black stickers blend with the colour blocks, while a single white or gold sticker on the receiver stands out against the muted camo. Placements on the side of the receiver keep the long patterned magazine visible.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check where the float sits within the wear range, especially near grade borders where copies look almost the same.
  • Look at the front of the drum magazine and the muzzle area, since these lose paint first.
  • Souvenir copies exist and come with pre-applied stickers, so make sure you are buying the version you want.
  • Check any name tag or applied stickers, as they change how the plain camo looks.

Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits

  • Players who want the lowest-cost entry to this skin.
  • Those who prefer a rough look but still want the colour blocks to show.
  • Conclusion: the cheapest copy, and the paint never wears off fully.
