Souvenir Sawed-Off | Black Sand (Field-Tested)

Skin overview

This Sawed-Off carries a tan and black camo pattern wrapped around the pump and receiver, while the barrel and stock stay dark. In Field-Tested the camo shows visible scuffs along the edges, which suits the military theme of the skin rather than spoiling it. The overall colour scheme still reads clearly from the player's view.

Item type: shotgun. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The pump forend and the receiver are covered with wide tan, orange-brown and olive camo bands separated by black, painted in loose brush-like shapes. The receiver side also carries small dark rectangular plates and a gear-shaped emblem within the camo.

Scuffs become visible along the forend edges and on the upper and rear edges of the receiver, and the tan areas look slightly duller. The muzzle ring is partly chipped. The centre of the camo bands and the emblem are still readable, so the pattern holds together in game.

Field-Tested wear: float 0.15–0.38

The float of Souvenir Sawed-Off | Black Sand ranges from 0 to 0.9; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.38 — 26% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

Souvenir Sawed-Off | Black Sand belongs to The Danger Zone Collection, which holds 17 skins.

It drops from Danger Zone Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in tan, brown, orange, olive or black blend naturally with the camo. Placing them on the receiver side next to the emblem keeps the military look intact. Bright neon colours tend to clash with the muted palette.

What to look at before you buy

• Check the float within the wear range, since a low float keeps the forend edges and muzzle ring much cleaner.
• Look closely at the front of the pump and the receiver edges, as these lose paint first.
• Note whether the copy has stickers or a name tag and whether they suit the tan camo.
• Decide if you need the StatTrak™ version, which exists for this skin.

Who should buy Field-Tested

• Players who like the camo with some honest scuffs that fit the theme.
• Buyers looking for an affordable everyday shotgun skin.
• The most practical option for regular play.
