Skin overview

In Battle-Scarred the forest camo is worn through in many places, leaving the barrel and receiver patchy with grey metal showing between the remaining pixels. The skin turns into a beaten-up field shotgun, which matches its military theme. It is the cheapest way to put this camo on your Sawed-Off.

Item type: shotgun. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The barrel, magazine tube and receiver are covered in a hydrographic digital camouflage of sand-coloured base with dark green and brown pixel blocks and small dark specks. The pump forend is a separate solid olive-green part with ridged grooves, and a dark band divides the receiver from the barrel.

The barrel and muzzle lose much of their paint, and grey metal dominates the edges and upper surfaces. The receiver sides keep only fragments of the pixel pattern. In game the weapon reads as a weathered field shotgun, with the green forend and wooden stock remaining the most intact-looking parts.

Origin of the skin

The skin’s collection is The Bank Collection with 16 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in olive, khaki, brown or matte black blend with the forest camo and keep the military theme. Placing them on the receiver side next to the dark band keeps the pixel pattern on the barrel visible.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies at the cleaner end of each grade keep noticeably more camo on the barrel.
• Look at the muzzle and the top of the barrel, which lose paint first on this finish.
• Souvenir copies come with fixed stickers, so decide whether those stickers suit you before choosing one.
• Check for a name tag or applied stickers, as they change the look of the camo on the receiver.
