Skin overview

Yorick puts a skull and gold swirls on the receiver of a dark Sawed-Off with orange-brown wood. Battle-Scarred copies have lost much of the hydrographic and gold detail, leaving a rough, weathered receiver next to scuffed wood. It is the most affordable way to own the skin and leans fully into a worn, relic look.

Item type: shotgun. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The receiver carries the main artwork: a dark field covered in wavy olive-gold lines radiating around a dark skull on the side. The barrel and magazine tube are plain dark steel, which keeps attention on the ornamented receiver.

Much of the hydrographic and gold detail on the receiver is worn away, leaving the skull only partly visible. The muzzle cap and trigger guard have lost most of their gold. The wood is heavily scuffed on the forend and stock. In game the gun reads mainly as dark metal and worn wood with traces of the ornament.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Gold, black and brown stickers match the receiver ornament and the wooden furniture. Placing them on the plain barrel or near the forend keeps the skull on the receiver unobstructed.

What to check before buying

• Look at the float position within the wear range, since the gold accents and receiver edges change noticeably between low and high values.
• Inspect the skull on the receiver side, as it carries the main artwork and loses detail on worn copies.
• Check the muzzle cap and trigger guard, which are the first places where the gold fades.
• Consider stickers and name tags already applied, because they can sit over the receiver ornament.
