Skin overview

SCAR-20 | Outbreak is a Mil-Spec Grade hydrographic finish for the counter-terrorist auto-sniper, with bright lime and acid-yellow shapes over darker green swirls. In Factory New the contrast is at its sharpest: the yellow-green areas look saturated and the dark lines stay crisp along the handguard and stock. This is the grade for buyers who want the pattern exactly as it was designed.

Item type: sniper rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Factory New

The hydrographic print covers the handguard, the sides of the receiver and the stock with bright lime and yellow areas broken up by dark green, almost black swirling lines. The barrel, muzzle device and scope stay black, while the magazine, pistol grip and top rail are a dark olive that frames the pattern.

The print is intact across the handguard, receiver and stock. The lime and yellow areas are fully saturated and the dark lines have clean edges. In game the rifle shows a bright, even green from any distance. No part of the finish shows abrasion.

Factory New quality — float range 0–0.07

The whole float range of Souvenir SCAR-20 | Outbreak is 0–0.5; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (14% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
