Skin overview

This SCAR-20 carries a sand-coloured mosaic of broken tiles, a muted desert look that suits the rifle's long profile. In Minimal Wear the pattern is practically intact, and any marks sit on rail edges where the busy tile texture hides them. For most buyers this grade looks the same as the cleanest copies in normal play.

Item type: sniper rifle. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Consumer Grade is the lowest tier of the rarity scale: the most common skins, most often used in trade-up contracts.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred.

Appearance in Minimal Wear

The tan cracked tile hydrographic covers the handguard, upper receiver, pistol grip and stock, with dark grey and slate stones outlined by thin black seams. The barrel, muzzle device, scope and top rail stay black, framing the beige mosaic on the body.

Light scuffs may appear on the handguard rail edges and the corners of the stock. The mosaic itself stays whole, and the cracked texture hides small marks well. At normal viewing distance it is hard to tell from Factory New. The receiver, grip and magazine remain clean.

Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15

The float of Souvenir SCAR-20 | Stone Mosaico ranges from 0.06 to 0.5; the Minimal Wear quality covers 0.07–0.15 — 18% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

The skin’s collection is The Canals Collection with 18 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in sand, brown, olive and grey tones blend with the stone tiles for a calm desert look. Black or dark grey stickers placed on the receiver echo the black seams and the dark barrel. Bright colours stand out sharply against the tan pattern, so a single accent works better than several.
