Souvenir Tec-9 | Bamboozle (Field-Tested)

Skin overview

Bamboozle is easy to spot by its strong green body, segmented bamboo lines and the holed shroud over the barrel. In Field-Tested the green is still the dominant colour, but scuffs show on the shroud edges, the muzzle and the top of the receiver. The worn spots suit the natural, slightly weathered theme of the skin.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The receiver and frame are painted bright green, with thin segment lines and darker green accents that imitate bamboo stalks. The perforated barrel shroud shifts to olive and brown tones around its holes and ends in a lime green muzzle.

Scratches become visible on the shroud edges, the muzzle and along the top rail, with some thinning on the corners of the receiver. The emblem may show light scuffing. In game the pistol still reads as clearly green, and the wear is noticeable mostly when inspecting. The flat sides of the receiver keep most of their colour.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Stickers and crafts

Green, gold and brown stickers blend with the bamboo theme, while small white or blue stickers echo the emblem on the magazine well. Placements on the flat sides of the receiver keep the shroud pattern visible.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the muzzle and shroud edges show the difference first.
• Inspect the barrel shroud around the holes, as this is where scratches appear earliest.
• Look at the emblem on the magazine well to see how much of it is still intact on worn copies.
• Review any applied stickers or name tag and decide if they fit the green scheme.

Who the Field-Tested quality suits

• Players who want the bamboo look in game and do not mind edge wear.
• Buyers who like a slightly weathered finish that suits the natural theme.
• A practical middle option for everyday use.
