Show allAllSkin overview
Battle-Scarred Hades shows the helmet print only in broken fragments, with dark metal taking over much of the surface. The light cream tone survives mainly in the flatter areas of the receiver and grip. It is the roughest version of the design and fits players who like a heavily worn pistol.
Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.
Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear and Field-Tested.
Appearance in Battle-Scarred
The whole body of the Tec-9 is covered in a hydrographic print of Greek helmets drawn as cream shapes with dark grey outlines and shading. The pattern runs across the perforated barrel shroud, the receiver, the trigger guard area and the grip, so the helmets appear in different sizes and angles on each part.
Most of the shroud, front end and grip edges are bare dark metal. The helmet print survives in fragments on the flatter receiver and grip surfaces. The magazine is heavily scuffed. At normal distance the design reads as a dark pistol with pale patches rather than a clear helmet pattern.
Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–1
The whole float range of Souvenir Tec-9 | Hades is 0–1; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–1 segment (55% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.
Origin of the skin
Souvenir Tec-9 | Hades belongs to The Gods and Monsters Collection, which holds 14 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
What it costs in each quality
Taking Battle-Scarred as the baseline:
- Factory New — 2.3× dearer
- Well-Worn — 16% dearer
The comparison uses our cheapest listing of each quality; where there is none, the market reference.
Among 7 skins of the Tec-9 in the Industrial Grade grade and this quality, this skin is the dearest.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Stickers in cream, gold, bronze or muted grey blend well with the pale helmet print. A single darker or red sticker on the receiver side can work as an accent without fighting the busy pattern.
What to look at before you buy
- Check where the float sits within its wear range, since copies near the cleaner end keep more print on the shroud and grip edges.
- Look at the muzzle, the shroud holes and the rear sight, as these are the first places where the helmet print breaks.
- Souvenir copies come with stickers already applied, so check whether their placement suits you.
- Review the inspect screenshots for any stickers or name tag on regular copies.
Who should buy Battle-Scarred
- Players who like heavily worn finishes with dark metal showing through.
- Those building a rough, battered-looking loadout.
- The choice for fans of a gritty look rather than a clean pattern.
