Show allAllSkin overview
Battle-Scarred turns the Murano pattern into a patchy mix of brown bead print and bare metal, especially around the perforated shroud and the muzzle. The warm colour scheme and the orange magazine still identify the skin at a glance. It suits a buyer who likes a rough, heavily used look on a pistol.
Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Industrial Grade is the second tier from the bottom: common skins from drops and collections.
Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear.
How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred
The receiver, perforated barrel shroud, trigger guard area and grip are covered in one continuous hydrographic of round Murano beads: cream and white rings around orange, rust and dark brown centres on a reddish-brown base. The holes in the shroud and the dark muzzle break the pattern at the front, while the bolt knob on top carries a rust-orange tone.
Bare metal dominates the shroud, muzzle and top rail, and wear spreads onto the receiver sides and the front of the grip. The magazine is heavily scuffed, with the orange broken up across its surface. In game the pistol reads as a worn brown gun with fragments of beads. Only the more sheltered areas of the grip and receiver keep clear sections of the pattern.
Battle-Scarred quality — float range 0.45–1
The whole float range of Souvenir Tec-9 | Orange Murano is 0–1; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–1 segment (55% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Canals Collection with 18 skins in total. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.
What it costs in each quality
Taking Battle-Scarred as the baseline:
- Factory New — 36× dearer
- Field-Tested — 1% dearer
- Well-Worn — 1% dearer
Based on the cheapest SkinOut.gg listing of each quality, otherwise on the market reference.
By price this skin is 2nd of 7 skins Industrial Grade Tec-9 in this quality (the first being the dearest).
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Stickers in orange, gold, copper, cream or brown blend with the bead palette, while a single dark or teal sticker can stand out against the busy print. Placements on the side of the receiver above the grip read best, since the shroud is broken up by holes.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since lower values keep the shroud edges and magazine corners cleaner.
- Look at the plain orange magazine first, as scuffs show there more clearly than on the bead print.
- Inspect the perforated shroud and muzzle, which are the first areas to lose the pattern.
- For Souvenir copies, check which stickers come applied and whether they fit the warm palette.
Who should buy Battle-Scarred
- Players who prefer a rough, heavily used pistol.
- Buyers who want the lowest-cost way to carry the orange magazine and bead motif.
- The pick for a gritty look rather than a clean pattern.
