Show allAllSkin overview
Wild Child is built on bright neon bands with hand-drawn sketches over them, and at Battle-Scarred that base is heavily broken up. Large areas of paint are gone, exposing dark metal, and much of the fine sketch detail is lost. What remains is a patchy, scraped version of the design that still shows its colour scheme.
Item type: smg. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.
How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred
The receiver is painted in overlapping bands of pink, yellow and cyan, with dark sketches, lettering and small symbols drawn over the colour. The magazine is split diagonally into pink and teal fields with yellow writing along its face, while the pistol grip continues in pink and the stock carries cyan and yellow along its frame.
Large areas of the receiver, magazine and stock are worn down to dark metal, with the edges almost bare. Most fine sketch detail is gone and the neon survives in broken patches. In game it reads as a scraped, heavily used weapon with traces of its colour scheme.
Battle-Scarred quality — float range 0.45–1
The whole float range of Souvenir UMP-45 | Wild Child is 0–1; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–1 segment (55% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Origin of the skin
The skin’s collection is The Revolution Collection with 17 skins in total.
It drops from Revolution Case.
Souvenir version
This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.
Stickers and crafts
Neon and holo stickers in pink, cyan or yellow continue the colour scheme and blend into the receiver. Dark or monochrome stickers placed on the brighter receiver panels stand out against the neon. Avoid overcrowding the side of the receiver, as the artwork is already dense.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since copies at the low and high ends of one grade can look noticeably different.
- Inspect the top edge of the receiver and the magazine corners, which show wear first.
- Look at the magazine lettering and the small sketches, as their sharpness shows how well the artwork has held up.
- Check any applied stickers and name tag, because they change the look of an already busy design.
Who should buy Battle-Scarred
- Budget players who want the cheapest entry into this design.
- Fans of heavily scraped finishes who value a battered look.
- Conclusion: an entry option where the colour scheme survives only in patches.
