Skin overview

Bleeding Edge is an all-red spray-painted USP-S with a darker red texture. Its float range stops before the most extreme wear, so the Battle-Scarred grade keeps much more red than many other skins in this condition. Expect heavy chipping on edges and the silencer, with the overall red colour still recognisable.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The silencer, slide, frame and grip are all covered in the same red spray paint, broken up by darker red speckles and grunge patches. The slide carries a fine dark texture, and the grip shows dark stippling that adds depth to the lower half.

Heavy chipping covers the silencer and all slide edges, with dark metal showing on the frame and trigger guard. Because the float range is capped early, the wear is lighter than the deepest damage seen on other skins in this grade. In game the pistol reads as a worn dark red. Larger flat areas of the slide and grip still keep red paint.

Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.6

The whole float range of Souvenir USP-S | Bleeding Edge is 0–0.6; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–0.6 segment (25% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir USP-S | Bleeding Edge belongs to The Radiant Collection, which holds 28 skins. It does not drop from a case: the collection has none — such skins come from operation drops, souvenir packages or the market.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Black, white and gold stickers contrast well with the solid red body, while red stickers create a matching monochrome look. The flat side of the slide gives the clearest placement.

What to look at before you buy

  • Check the float position within the wear range, since the paint on the silencer and slide edges changes the most between neighbouring values.
  • Look at the silencer muzzle and body first, as this is where the red paint chips earliest.
  • Remember that the dark speckles are part of the design, so judge wear by exposed metal, not by the texture.
  • Check applied stickers and name tag, as they affect how the solid red body looks.

Who should buy Battle-Scarred

  • Budget players, since the capped wear keeps more red than usual.
  • Fans of heavily used finishes.
  • The cheapest way to carry this red USP-S.
