Skin overview

Battle-Scarred Incinegator looks like a gator that has been through many fights. The paint is chipped on the barrel, receiver edges and stock, yet the flame shapes and the orange muzzle remain visible because the range ends before total wear. It suits those who like a rough, used look.

Item type: shotgun. Classified is the second-rarest weapon tier, only Covert sits above it.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

Other qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

Appearance in Battle-Scarred

The receiver is covered in olive-green scaly texture with a dark red band filled with white gator teeth, forming a jaw along the side. The handguard is bright orange with layered red and yellow flames and thin contour lines, and dark flame streaks continue along the grey barrel and magazine tube.

Battle-Scarred shows heavy chipping on the barrel, receiver edges, grip and stock. Thin flame contours and many teeth are partly gone. The big orange shapes and the muzzle colour remain because the float range stops short of full wear. In game it gives a rough, scorched look.

Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.65

The whole float range of Souvenir XM1014 | Incinegator is 0.14–0.65; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–0.65 segment (39% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir XM1014 | Incinegator belongs to The Prisma Collection, which holds 17 skins.

It drops from Prisma Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Orange, red and yellow stickers match the flames, while olive or gold ones blend with the scaly receiver. Placing stickers on the orange handguard keeps the gator jaw on the receiver uncovered.

What to check before buying

  • Compare the float position within the wear range, since the teeth and thin flame lines change most between grades.
  • Look at the barrel and stock edges in the inspect view, as they wear first.
  • Check applied stickers and name tag, and whether it is a StatTrak™ or Souvenir copy.
  • There is no Factory New for this skin, so low Minimal Wear is the cleanest option.

Who should buy Battle-Scarred

  • Fans of a rough, scorched look.
  • Budget entry for trying the skin in play.
  • Conclusion: worn, but the flames still show.
