Souvenir XM1014 | Zombie Offensive (Battle-Scarred)

Skin overview

Zombie Offensive mixes undead agent portraits into a dense red, orange and green pattern on the front half of the shotgun and its receiver. The skin's float range stops halfway up the scale, so even Battle-Scarred copies keep most of the colour instead of turning into bare metal. Expect worn edges and patchy faces near the muzzle, with the theme still clearly recognisable.

Item type: shotgun. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Well-Worn. The same quality also exists as the StatTrak™ version.

How the skin looks in Battle-Scarred

The pattern covers the barrel, the magazine tube beneath it and the receiver: a tight collage of zombified agent heads in pale skin tones, red, orange and acid green over a dark olive-brown base. The heads overlap with almost no gaps, so up close the surface reads as a crowd and from afar as a warm mottled camouflage.

The front third of the barrel and tube is patchy, with lighter metal showing through around the muzzle, and the receiver edges are clearly worn. Since the float range ends halfway, the damage stays heavier Well-Worn rather than full bare metal. In game the gun reads as a rough, weathered version of the same red and green pattern. The plain dark and grey parts carry no artwork, so they change little in tone.

Battle-Scarred wear: float 0.45–0.5

The whole float range of Souvenir XM1014 | Zombie Offensive is 0–0.5; Battle-Scarred takes the 0.45–0.5 segment (10% of the scale). Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Origin of the skin

Souvenir XM1014 | Zombie Offensive belongs to The Dreams & Nightmares Collection, which holds 17 skins.

It drops from Dreams & Nightmares Case.

Souvenir version

This is the Souvenir version: such copies dropped to tournament viewers in souvenir packages; the team stickers and signatures on them cannot be removed or chosen. Souvenir items never carry StatTrak™. There is also the regular version without tournament stickers.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in red, orange or toxic green tie into the zombie palette and blend with the receiver print. Black, white or gold designs stand out better against the busy pattern. Horror, skull or undead-themed artwork fits the theme of the skin.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since lower values keep the muzzle and the front of the tube cleaner.
• Look at the muzzle end and the magazine tube cap first, as these lose paint before anything else.
• Pattern placement varies between copies, so check in the inspect view which faces land on the receiver if that matters to you.
• Note any applied stickers or name tag, and remember that Souvenir copies come with their own fixed stickers.

Who the Battle-Scarred quality suits

• Buyers looking for the cheapest grade that still keeps most of the colour.
• Fans of a battered look that suits the undead theme.
• Conclusion: the most affordable way to run this skin.
