At Well-Worn the olive paint on SSG 08 | Necropos gives way to grey metal on the barrel, the stock edges and the protruding parts. The runes are still visible but patchy, and their green no longer glows as evenly along the side. For players who like a rough, used rifle, this grade fits the skin's dark theme.
Item type: sniper rifle. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.
The remaining qualities of this skin: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested and Battle-Scarred.
How the skin looks in Well-Worn
The barrel is painted in a dusty olive tone, with the muzzle brake, scope and bipod left dark. The receiver and handguard combine olive-grey panels with a finely textured grey section on the lower body.
Grey metal shows through on the barrel, the receiver edges and the stock corners. The runes are noticeably patchy, with several symbols partly erased. In game the rifle reads as visibly used, and the green accent is weaker. Only the inner flat areas of the body keep a fairly even base.
Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45
The float of SSG 08 | Necropos ranges from 0 to 1; the Well-Worn quality covers 0.38–0.45 — 7% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.
Where the skin comes from: collection and case
SSG 08 | Necropos belongs to The Wildfire Collection, which holds 16 skins.
It drops from Operation Wildfire Case.
Price by quality

StatTrak™ and Souvenir
There is also a the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon tracks kills. Right now it is 3% dearer than the regular one. There is also a the Souvenir version with tournament stickers.
Which stickers suit it
Green, black and dark olive stickers match the runes and the drab base best. Placing them on the receiver near the rune line keeps the look consistent, while bright warm colours would compete with the green accent.
What to check before buying
- Check the float position within the wear range, since the runes on low-float copies of a grade look noticeably better than on high-float ones.
- Look at the green runes in the inspect view, as they are the main detail and lose their outline first on worn copies.
- Inspect the barrel and receiver edges, where paint wears off earliest.
- Note any applied stickers or name tag, and whether the copy is StatTrak™.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Players on a budget who still want the green rune accent.
- Those who prefer a rough, weathered rifle.
- An inexpensive option with character.
