StatTrak™ Dual Berettas | Hemoglobin (Minimal Wear)

Skin overview

The red-over-steel look of Hemoglobin is built on contrast between the saturated paint and bare metal trim. In Minimal Wear that contrast is practically unchanged, and any small scuffs blend into the metal accents already present on the design. It is a sensible way to get the full look of the skin for less than a Factory New copy.

Item type: pistol. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Anodized Multicolored: several colours in the metal coating; it wears little, the colours only dull with use.

Other qualities of this skin: Factory New and Field-Tested. The same quality also exists as the Souvenir version.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

Both slides are painted a rich transparent red, with bare silver metal showing along the top edges, the barrels and the rear serrations. The grips carry the same red with a darker cellular pattern and thin pale lines that look like scratches or veins.

Light scuffs may appear on the slide edges and the front corners of the frames. Because those areas already border bare metal, the marks are hard to spot. In game the pair looks the same as Factory New at normal distance. Grips and slide sides stay clean.

Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15

The whole float range of StatTrak™ Dual Berettas | Hemoglobin is 0–0.2; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (40% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Origin of the skin

StatTrak™ Dual Berettas | Hemoglobin belongs to The Arms Deal 2 Collection, which holds 12 skins.

It drops from CS:GO Weapon Case 2 (on sale since Sep 20, 2013).

What it costs in each quality

Among 8 skins of the Dual Berettas in the Restricted grade and this quality, this skin is the dearest.

StatTrak™ version

This is the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon shows confirmed kills. There is also the regular version without the counter. Right now the StatTrak™ version is 1.9× dearer than the regular one.

Which stickers suit it

Red, black and silver or holographic stickers sit naturally on the red slides. Gold accents contrast well with the metallic trim, while green or blue designs tend to clash with the finish.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the grade, since the short range makes small differences noticeable on the slide edges.
• Inspect the slide tops and frame fronts, where the red paint thins first.
• Look at the grips to see whether the darker pattern is still crisp.
• Note any stickers or name tag, as they change the look of the pair.

Who the Minimal Wear quality suits

• Players who want the Factory New look in game at a lower cost.
• Sticker crafters for whom slight edge scuffs do not matter.
• A balanced pick between appearance and price.
