Skin overview

MAC-10 | Monkeyflage covers the SMG in a dense jungle print of olive leaves, with red, tan and green monkeys tucked between the fronds. In Factory New the red figures stay bright against the muted base, and the small dark faces in the foliage keep their crisp outlines. This is the grade where the busy print reads as intended, with every small figure distinct.

Item type: smg. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The same quality also exists as the Souvenir version.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The receiver is covered in an olive and tan leaf camouflage, with bright red monkey figures and small dark monkey faces placed among the fronds along its sides and top. The magazine continues the print in a darker olive tone with pale yellow fern leaves near its base, and the sling is printed with the same leaves and a large monkey face.

The paint is intact across the receiver, grip, magazine and sling. The red monkeys are saturated and the dark faces in the foliage have sharp edges. In game the print reads as a clean, colourful camouflage with clear red spots. No metal shows through anywhere on the painted parts.

Red, olive, tan and gold stickers continue the jungle palette and sit naturally on the busy print. Placing them on the side of the receiver near the red monkeys keeps the colours tied together, while bright blue or neon tones tend to clash with the muted base.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within the wear grade, since a low float in a worn grade keeps noticeably more of the monkeys.
• Look at the pattern placement on the visible side to see whether the red monkeys land on the receiver where they catch the eye.
• Inspect the top edge of the receiver and the bottom of the magazine, as these parts lose paint first.
• Note any stickers or name tag and check whether they fit the jungle print before paying extra for them.
