Overview
StatTrakā¢ Music Kit | 3kliksphilip, Heading for the Source is a High Grade music kit that replaces the game's standard soundtrack. The StatTrakā¢ version counts the owner's Official Competitive MVPs. It stands out for its nostalgic, eighties-inspired sound.
StatTrakā¢ Music Kit | 3kliksphilip, Heading for the Source is a CS2 item of the music kit type of the High Grade grade. It drops from StatTrakā¢ Initiators Music Kit Box (on sale since Aug 15, 2022).
How it looks
According to its description, the kit is built on eighties synths and dreamy melodies with a deliberately retro mood. The tone is light and slightly ironic, as the item's own tagline about going pro or going low suggests. The icon shows a stretched, distorted portrait of a bearded man with his tongue out against bright radiating light, next to a black vinyl record sliding out of the sleeve.
How it is used
Once equipped, the kit plays in the main menu, at round start and end, during map objectives, in the ten-second warning and on the death camera. The music can be heard by other players in your match, and its MVP Anthem plays for everyone when you earn MVP, which also adds to the StatTrakā¢ counter in official competitive games.
Who it suits
- Players who like synthwave and a retro, eighties-style atmosphere in their matches.
- Fans of 3kliksphilip who want his music to accompany every round.
- Competitive players who want to keep a visible record of their MVPs with StatTrakā¢.
- A good pick for anyone who prefers a calm, nostalgic soundtrack with a touch of humour and a tracked MVP count.
