Overview

StatTrakā„¢ Music Kit | Daniel Sadowski, The 8-Bit Kit replaces the standard Counter-Strike soundtrack with chiptune music by Daniel Sadowski. Its description calls it the first 8-bit Music Kit for Counter-Strike, built on authentic 8-bit sounds. The StatTrakā„¢ version counts the owner's Official Competitive MVPs.

StatTrakā„¢ Music Kit | Daniel Sadowski, The 8-Bit Kit is a music kit for CS2 of the High Grade grade.

Appearance

The music is built on authentic 8-bit sounds, in the style of old console and arcade games. The cover is pixel art: a soldier firing a rifle against a green backdrop, with a large title, The 8-Bit Kit, and Daniel Sadowski's name below. Next to the sleeve sits a black vinyl record with an orange label.

Where and how it is used

Once equipped, the kit replaces the music in the main menu, at round start and end, for map objectives, the ten second warning and the death camera, and other players in the match can hear it too. When you become the round MVP, its MVP Anthem plays for everyone in the match and the StatTrakā„¢ counter adds the award to your Official Competitive total.

Who it suits

  • Players who like chiptune and the sound of retro games and want a soundtrack unlike the standard one.
  • Those who play Official Competitive matches and want their MVP awards counted on the kit.
  • Collectors of music kits looking for a version with a pixel-art cover and a clear stylistic idea.
  • A good fit for anyone who wants the matches to sound like an old console game and to keep a record of their MVPs.
