Overview
StatTrakā¢ Music Kit | Matt Levine, Drifter is a High Grade music kit by composer Matt Levine, built as a gritty homage to the Spaghetti Western. The StatTrakā¢ version counts the owner's MVPs in Official Competitive matches.
StatTrakā¢ Music Kit | Matt Levine, Drifter is a CS2 item of the music kit type of the High Grade grade. It drops from StatTrakā¢ Masterminds Music Kit Box (on sale since Apr 22, 2020).
Appearance
The description promises raw swagger and a gritty Western mood. The cover art matches it: a pale sky over red desert mesas, a lone figure walking across the sand, and the word DRIFTER in a dark red Western-style typeface. A black vinyl record with an orange label slides out of the sleeve, and the composer's signature sits at the bottom of the cover.
How it is used
Once equipped, the kit replaces the main menu music, round start and end, map objective, ten second warning and death camera tracks. Other players in the match hear it too. When you are MVP, its anthem plays for everyone and the StatTrakā¢ counter goes up.
Who it suits
- Players who like Western soundtracks and a confident, slightly ironic mood in the menu and between rounds.
- Competitive players who want a visible tally of their MVPs.
- Collectors of StatTrakā¢ music kits.
- A solid choice if you want your MVP moments to sound like the closing scene of a Western.
