Overview
StatTrakā¢ Music Kit | New Beat Fund, Sponge Fingerz is a High Grade music kit that replaces the standard in-game soundtrack. The StatTrakā¢ version counts the owner's MVPs in Official Competitive matches. The kit is recognisable by its sunny surf rock sound and its cartoon thumbs-up artwork.
StatTrakā¢ Music Kit | New Beat Fund, Sponge Fingerz is a CS2 item of the music kit type of the High Grade grade.
Appearance
The music is sunny surf rock mixed with elements of hip-hop, punk and garage pop. The kit's own description sums up its mood with the line about keeping it real and getting headshots. On the sleeve, a spotted yellow hand gives a thumbs-up on a black background, with the band name in yellow at the top and a pink and blue swirl symbol above. A black vinyl record with an orange label slides out of the sleeve.
Where and how it is used
Once equipped, the kit replaces the music in the main menu, at round start and end, for map objectives, the ten-second warning and the death camera. Players in your match can also hear it. When you are MVP, its anthem plays for everyone, and each Official Competitive MVP adds to the StatTrakā¢ counter.
Who it suits
- Players who want a light, upbeat soundtrack instead of heavier electronic or orchestral kits.
- Fans of surf rock, punk and garage pop who want a guitar-driven MVP anthem.
- Competitive players who like to see their MVP count tracked on the kit.
- A relaxed, cheerful choice for anyone who wants their rounds to sound sunny rather than tense.
