Overview
StatTrakā¢ Music Kit | Tim Huling, Neo Noir is a High Grade music kit by composer Tim Huling that replaces the in-game soundtrack. It pairs classic film-noir style tracks with contemporary grooves and beats. The StatTrakā¢ counter records your Official Competitive MVPs.
StatTrakā¢ Music Kit | Tim Huling, Neo Noir is a CS2 item of the music kit type of the High Grade grade. It drops from StatTrakā¢ Masterminds Music Kit Box (on sale since Apr 22, 2020).
How it looks
The music follows the mood of film noir, mixed with modern rhythms and beat-driven arrangements. The cover is grainy black and white, with bare branches, perched birds and a dark silhouetted figure. The title Neo Noir is set in uneven, mismatched letters. Next to the sleeve sits a black vinyl record with an orange label.
Where and how it is used
Once equipped, the kit replaces the music in the main menu, at round start and end, for map objectives, the ten-second warning and the death camera. Other players in the match can hear it, and its MVP Anthem plays for everyone when you earn MVP. Each such MVP in Official Competitive matches is added to the StatTrakā¢ counter.
Who it suits
- Players who like a moody, cinematic soundtrack with a noir atmosphere.
- Those who want to keep a visible record of their competitive MVPs.
- Collectors of music kits in their StatTrakā¢ versions.
- A calm, atmospheric choice for anyone who wants a film-noir sound in their matches.
