Overview
StatTrakā¢ Music Kit | Various Artists, Hotline Miami is a High Grade music kit that replaces the in-game music with tracks from Hotline Miami. It brings together several electronic artists rather than a single composer. The StatTrakā¢ version also counts the owner's Official Competitive MVPs.
StatTrakā¢ Music Kit | Various Artists, Hotline Miami is a music kit for CS2 of the High Grade grade.
Appearance
The music is electronic and beat-driven, with a heavy, aggressive rhythm in line with the source game. The cover shows the Hotline Miami logo in pink neon letters over a crowded scene with a figure in an animal mask and a letterman jacket at the centre. A black vinyl record slides out from behind the sleeve, and the StatTrakā¢ mark sits in the top corner.
How it is used
Once equipped, the kit replaces the music in the main menu, at round start and end, for the map objective, during the ten second warning and on the death camera, and other players in the match hear it too. When the owner becomes MVP, the kit's anthem plays for everyone and the StatTrakā¢ counter records it in official competitive matches.
Who it suits
- Fans of Hotline Miami who want its soundtrack in their matches.
- Players who like hard electronic beats over calmer or orchestral kits.
- Competitive players who want a visible record of their MVPs through the StatTrakā¢ counter.
- A good fit for anyone who wants a recognisable game soundtrack and a running tally of their best rounds.
