StatTrak™ Nova | Rising Sun (Factory New)

Skin overview

Nova | Rising Sun covers the shotgun in a stained glass Japanese motif: pale pink blossoms, red accents and a sun over dark teal shapes on the stock, all split into segments by thin dark lines. In Factory New the glass-like panels keep their full colour and sharp outlines, so the small details on the receiver stay readable. This is the grade for a buyer who wants the artwork exactly as designed.

Item type: shotgun. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

The same quality also exists as the Souvenir version.

Appearance in Factory New

The barrel is left in dark gunmetal with a silver front cap, and the ribbed pump is also dark with a cool grey sheen. The receiver carries the main artwork: pale pink and white blossoms, red accents and small decorative markings, divided into stained glass segments by dark outlines.

The receiver and stock show clean, saturated segments with crisp dark outlines. The fine markings on the receiver are fully legible. The barrel and pump keep an even dark finish. In game the pink and red panels read brightly against the dark front half.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in pink, red, white or gold match the blossom and sun palette of the receiver. Dark or teal stickers can sit on the plain barrel area without competing with the artwork.

What to look at before you buy

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the receiver edges and stock change noticeably between low and high values.
• Inspect the bottom and edges of the stock, as they lose paint first.
• Look at the small markings on the receiver to judge how crisp the artwork still is.
• Note any stickers or name tag and whether they suit the pink and red artwork.

Who should buy Factory New

• Collectors who want the stained glass artwork with full colour and sharp outlines.
• Sticker crafters who need a clean base for a matching palette.
• The choice for buyers who value the design above all.
