StatTrak™ USP-S | Neo-Noir (Factory New)

Skin overview

USP-S | Neo-Noir is a Covert custom paint job showing a stylized woman in blue and magenta over a grayscale base. In Factory New the neon outlines on the slide and the swirling lines on the grip are crisp, and the blue highlights on the silencer look unbroken. This is the grade for buyers who want the artwork exactly as designed.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.

Custom Paint Job: hand-painted across the whole body; this is the type where wear shows most, the artwork rubs down to metal.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred. The same quality also exists as the Souvenir version.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The slide carries the central image: a stylized woman's face and dark hair drawn in magenta and pink over grayscale shading, with small blue accents and lettering near the rear. The silencer is a dark, glossy tube with cyan highlights and magenta streaks running along its length.

The paint is intact on every part of the pistol. The portrait lines on the slide are sharp and the cyan highlights on the silencer are continuous. In game the magenta and blue read brightly against the grey base from any angle. The muzzle, slide edges and grip are all clean.

Factory New wear: float 0–0.07

The float of StatTrak™ USP-S | Neo-Noir ranges from 0 to 0.7; the Factory New quality covers 0–0.07 — 10% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Where the skin comes from: collection and case

The skin’s collection is The Spectrum Collection with 17 skins in total.

It drops from Spectrum Case.

Price by quality

Among 4 skins of the USP-S in the Covert grade and this quality, this skin is the most affordable.

StatTrak™ version

This is the StatTrak™ version: the counter on the weapon shows confirmed kills. There is also the regular version without the counter. Right now the StatTrak™ version is 48% dearer than the regular one.

Which stickers suit it

Stickers in magenta, pink, cyan or holographic finishes match the neon palette of the artwork. Placing them on the silencer or the rear of the slide keeps the portrait visible. Black, white or grey stickers sit well against the grayscale base without competing with the image.

What to check before buying

• Check the float position within the wear grade, since the silencer and slide edges show the difference first.
• Look closely at the woman's face on the slide, as wear reaching it changes the look more than marks elsewhere.
• Inspect the muzzle end and rings of the silencer, the parts most visible in first-person view.
• Check applied stickers and the name tag, and decide whether StatTrak™ matters to you.

Who the Factory New quality suits

• Collectors who want the portrait and neon lines without any marks.
• Sticker crafters building a clean, colour-matched pistol.
• Conclusion: the choice for the artwork in its intended form.
