Skin overview

Overgrowth is recognisable by its yellow splashes over a green base with olive and near-black spots on top. In Field-Tested the camo is still complete, but the silencer tip and the slide edges start to show dark bare metal. The colours remain bright enough that the pistol keeps its cheerful look in the hand.

Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Counter-Terrorist side. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Hydrographic: the pattern is applied as a film over the metal; wear rubs it down to the base, starting with raised parts.

The same quality also exists as the Souvenir version.

Appearance in Field-Tested

The whole USP-S is wrapped in one hydrographic camo: a mid-green base with large bright yellow blotches and smaller dark olive and black spots layered on top. The silencer carries the densest yellow patches, while the slide and frame mix green and dark spots more evenly.

Wear becomes visible on the silencer tip, along the top edges of the slide and on the trigger guard as dark metal showing through. Low floats in this grade look close to Minimal Wear, while high ones show clearer scratches. The grip panels and the middle of the slide still hold the full pattern. At normal distance the camo reads complete, with the scuffs noticeable only on close inspection.

Field-Tested quality — float range 0.15–0.38

The float of StatTrak™ USP-S | Overgrowth ranges from 0.06 to 0.8; the Field-Tested quality covers 0.15–0.38 — 31% of this skin’s scale. The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in yellow, green, black or gold tones match the camo palette and sit well on the slide. Holographic or gold stickers in warm colours add accents without fighting the busy pattern, while cold blue or pink designs tend to clash with it.

What to check before buying

  • Check where the float sits within the wear grade, especially in Field-Tested where low and high floats look noticeably different.
  • Look at the silencer muzzle and the top edges of the slide, as these lose paint first.
  • The pattern placement varies, so check that the silencer and slide show the yellow patches the way you prefer.
  • Review any stickers or name tag already applied, since they affect how the busy camo reads.

Who should buy Field-Tested

  • Players who want the camo for everyday use at a moderate cost.
  • Buyers who can pick a low float in the grade for a cleaner look.
  • Conclusion: a balanced middle option where the pattern still reads complete.
