Sticker overview
Sticker | New Sheriff (Foil) is a CS2 sticker of the Exotic grade not tied to a tournament. The effect is Foil: a metallic foil with a glare. The source is Community Sticker Capsule 1 (on sale since Jun 11, 2014).
Foil effect
The Foil version of Sticker | New Sheriff (Foil) is printed on metallic foil: the artwork catches glare and looks brighter than paper.
How to apply the sticker
The sticker goes on any weapon in CS2 into one of the slots (up to five on current models); it can be scraped to look more worn, but cannot be removed intact. Souvenir weapons take no stickers.
