Tec-9 | Sultan covers the pistol in arabesque-inspired mosaic tiles in turquoise, deep blue and orange, set in a brass-gold frame. In Factory New every tile edge and ornament is crisp, and the gold reads as an even, unbroken metal tone. This grade shows the mosaic as intended, with no gaps in the pattern.
Item type: pistol. The weapon is available only on the Terrorist side. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.
Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.
How the skin looks in Factory New
The barrel shroud is covered in turquoise and blue tiles between the round cut-outs, with gold rims around each hole and a gold muzzle. The receiver combines brass-gold rails with mosaic panels and a white insert carrying dark ornamental lettering, while a white medallion with a sun-like motif sits on the magazine well. The long magazine is decorated with a column of turquoise diamonds outlined in orange on a blue field, and the grip carries a white panel with a floral ornament framed by blue and orange. On worn copies the gold frame edges, the rims of the shroud holes, the trigger guard and the base of the magazine lose paint first, followed by the raised corners of the grip.
The gold frame is uniform and the tile outlines are sharp on every part of the weapon. The white medallion and the ornament on the grip keep all their fine lines. In game the pistol looks bright and evenly finished from any angle. Nothing on the shroud, receiver or magazine shows marks.
Factory New wear: float 0–0.07
The whole float range of Tec-9 | Sultan is 0–1; Factory New takes the 0–0.07 segment (7% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

Souvenir version

Which stickers suit it
Gold, turquoise and deep blue stickers blend with the mosaic and frame. Small holo or foil stickers with orange accents work well on the receiver panel, while busy multicoloured stickers tend to get lost in the pattern.
What to check before buying
- Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the gold edges and shroud rims show the difference first.
- Inspect the bottom of the magazine and the trigger guard, which wear before the rest of the finish.
- Look at the white medallion and the grip ornament to see how much fine detail is left.
- Check any applied stickers or name tag, as they change how the busy mosaic reads.
Who should buy Factory New
- Collectors who want the full mosaic with sharp gold edges.
- Sticker crafters who need a clean base for a gold or turquoise combination.
- The pick for those who want the design exactly as intended.
