Overview
Thera Map Coin is a collectible that commemorates authorship of the CS2 map Thera. It is recognisable by its gold finish and the CS2 Contributor inscription around the rim.
Thera Map Coin is a collectible for CS2 of the Extraordinary grade.
Appearance
The coin is round with a wide gold rim that carries the words CS2 CONTRIBUTOR at the top and THERA at the bottom, separated by two small stars. In the centre, two soldiers in goggles are shown in gold relief against pale blue and white rays of light. The CS2 logo sits across the lower part of the figures.
How it is used
Like other collectibles, the coin is equipped from the inventory as a display item. It then appears next to the player's name on the scoreboard and on the Steam profile.
Who it suits
- Collectors who look for rare contributor items tied to specific CS2 maps.
- Players who value Thera and want a visible reference to the map on the scoreboard.
- Anyone who prefers a restrained gold coin over bright pins and badges.
- A quiet, distinctive display item for those who appreciate map-making history in CS2.
