Skin overview

UMP-45 | Blaze is a Mil-Spec Grade SMG skin with a gradient that runs from bright orange at the muzzle end into deep red flames along the receiver. The paint is airbrushed over a chrome base, so the colours have a glossy, metallic depth. In Factory New the gradient and flame outlines are fully intact and the chrome shine shows evenly across the front of the weapon.

Item type: smg. Mil-Spec Grade is the lowest rarity found in cases and the most common one among them.

Anodized Airbrushed: a coloured coating with an airbrushed design on top; the coating holds while the design fades with wear.

The remaining qualities of this skin: Minimal Wear.

How the skin looks in Factory New

The front of the receiver and the handguard with its side rails are painted bright orange-yellow over chrome, giving a glossy metallic tone. Toward the middle of the receiver the colour deepens into red, with darker maroon flame shapes outlined in orange running back toward the trigger area. The top rail, the rear upper receiver and the folding stock stay black, while the magazine, pistol grip and vertical foregrip remain in plain grey. On worn copies the airbrushed paint goes first on the muzzle end, the rail edges and the raised corners of the receiver, where the chrome base can start to show through.

Factory New copies show the orange-to-red gradient without any marks. The flame outlines on the receiver are sharp and the chrome gloss is even on the handguard and muzzle end. In game the front of the weapon reads as a clean, bright orange block against the black rear. The grey magazine, grip and black stock look the same as on any clean copy.

Factory New wear: float 0–0.07

The float of UMP-45 | Blaze ranges from 0 to 0.08; the Factory New quality covers 0–0.07 — 88% of this skin’s scale. Within the range, copies with a lower float look cleaner and are valued higher.

Souvenir version

Which stickers suit it

What to look at before you buy

  • Check the float position, since the narrow range means the difference between grades is small and a low float mostly matters for collectors.
  • Inspect the muzzle end and rail edges, as these are the first places where marks appear.
  • Check whether the copy is a Souvenir version, since it comes with its own applied stickers.
  • Look at any stickers or name tag already applied to the weapon.

Who the Factory New quality suits

  • Collectors who want the cleanest possible copy of the gradient.
  • Sticker crafters who want an unmarked base for warm-toned crafts.
  • Conclusion: the choice for those who value a flawless finish.
