UMP-45 | Scaffold (Field-Tested)

Skin overview

This UMP-45 finish builds a wall of painted cyan bricks over a deep teal body, a geometric pattern that stays readable even when worn. In Field-Tested the colours are still bright, but scuffs appear on the magazine edges and stock outline. The overall design holds up well at normal viewing distance.

Item type: smg. Restricted sits in the middle of the rarity scale: noticeably rarer than Mil-Spec, yet not truly rare.

Gunsmith: several techniques combined on one item; some parts rub off, others only dull.

How the skin looks in Field-Tested

The receiver is painted dark teal, with a band of bright cyan faceted blocks along its side that are shaded to look like raised bricks. The magazine repeats the same pattern of angled cyan tiles over its full length.

Wear spreads along the magazine edges and the outline of the stock, and light scuffs reach the top of the receiver. The cyan blocks lose some sharpness on their edges but keep their colour. In game the pattern still reads clearly, with the worn spots visible only on a close look.

Stickers and crafts

Stickers in cyan, white, silver or holo blue blend with the brick pattern and keep the palette calm. Placing them on the plain teal stock or lower receiver avoids covering the faceted blocks.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within its wear grade, since lower values keep the magazine edges and stock outline cleaner.
• Look at the magazine first, because its tiled edges show wear earlier than the receiver.
• Inspect the cyan blocks on the receiver to see whether the depth effect is still intact.
• Note any applied stickers or name tag, as they change the look of the receiver side.

Who the Field-Tested quality suits
