The karambit knife was created in association with the martial art of silat in Southeast Asia. It has a unique curved shape resembling a tiger's claw and is held with a reverse grip using the index finger ring. The knife's appearance has been enhanced by applying black and silver metallic paints with a marbleizing medium followed by a candy coating.
