The Classic Knife | Safari Mesh combines a long, slightly curved blade with a dusty olive camouflage and a pale checkered handle. In Well-Worn much of the edge and tip is down to metal and the light blotches on the blade begin to fade into scratches. The knife still reads as green camouflage overall, but with a clearly used, weathered surface.
Item type: knife. Covert is the top weapon rarity: usually the most prominent items of a collection or case.
Spray-Paint: paint sprayed over the metal; scratches and scuffs appear early but look natural.
Appearance in Well-Worn
The blade is painted in olive and sage green with darker tonal clouds, while pale sandy blotches with ragged, wavy outlines run along the spine and through the middle of the blade. The sharpened edge and the tip carry a lighter, almost metallic band that frames the camouflage.
Large parts of the edge, tip and spine are worn to metal, and scratches spread into the middle of the blade over the sandy blotches. The guard edges and the checkered grip lose paint on raised areas. In game the knife looks noticeably weathered, though the green tone is still clear. The paint closer to the guard holds up best.
Well-Worn wear: float 0.38–0.45

What to check before buying
- Check the float within the wear grade, as the edge and tip show the difference first.
- Look at the cutting edge and spine on the inspect screen, since this is where the spray paint breaks away.
- On worn copies compare how much camouflage remains near the guard and on the handle.
- Decide whether you need StatTrak™, as both versions of this knife exist.
Who should buy Well-Worn
- Players who want the Classic Knife and accept a weathered surface.
- Fans of the worn-metal look on a plain military knife.
- Conclusion: a practical option where the knife matters more than the paint.
