★ Driver Gloves | Seigaiha (Minimal Wear)

Skin overview

The wave-scale panel is the first thing anyone notices on these gloves, and in Minimal Wear it still reads as a clean, bright blue field. Any marks are faint and sit on the leather around the knuckles rather than on the pattern itself. It looks nearly identical to the top grade in first-person view.

Item type: gloves. Extraordinary is the gloves rarity: in cases they are the rare special item, above any weapon skin.

How the skin looks in Minimal Wear

The back of each hand carries a large panel of overlapping semicircular waves in pale blue and cyan with a silvery, slightly metallic sheen. The fingers, knuckles and side panels are dark grey leather with rows of small perforations along the fingers.

Light scuffing may appear on the knuckles and the tips of the fingers. The wave panel stays clean and bright, with at most a faint dulling at its outer edge. At normal viewing distance in first person the difference from Factory New is hard to spot. The palm and cuff still look new.

Minimal Wear wear: float 0.07–0.15

The whole float range of ★ Driver Gloves | Seigaiha is 0.06–0.8; Minimal Wear takes the 0.07–0.15 segment (11% of the scale). The lower the float within the range, the cleaner the surface looks and the higher a copy is usually priced.

What to check before buying

• Check where the float sits within the wear range, since the look changes gradually across each grade.
• Look at the outer rows of the wave panel to see whether the scales are still sharp.
• Inspect the knuckles and fingertips, which lose their finish first.
• View the gloves in game with your usual weapons, because the blue panel interacts with weapon colours in first person.

Who should buy Minimal Wear

• Players who want a near-clean look without chasing the narrowest grade.
• Owners matching the gloves with clean blue or silver weapon skins.
• A sensible choice for a nearly flawless appearance.
